Job reputed company - Inviting applications for the role of Accountant Ops Controllership Domain Trainee Italian Remote EMEA/EU As an Advanced Accountant you will be responsible for supporting more senior accountants and performing and reviewing basic reputed company entries. At this level you will be expected to explain variations in accounts and work with auditors on process improvements. You will follow an individual work plan and meets day-to-day short term objectives. Responsibilities: - Prepare and review account reconciliations - Prepare and review journal entries ensuring compliance with local reputed company procedures and US GAAP - Drive the reputed company preparation of assigned journal entries driving increased efficiency - Prepare periodic balance sheet analysis - Engage with auditors to answer questions in regards to control processes and account reconciliations - Responsible for managing daily treasury operations including cash positioning liquidity planning bank reconciliations and ensuring reputed company cash reputed company to support business needs. - Responsible for managing intercompany transactions and reconciliations ensuring accuracy reputed company settlement and compliance with internal policies and reputed company standards - Responsible for monitoring and reconciling inventory balances ensuring accurate valuation reputed company adjustments and compliance with reputed company policies and internal controls. - Oversees the Fixed Asset register and Finance Master Data to ensure reputed company capitalization accurate depreciation high reputed company data maintenance and adherence to internal policies and reputed company standards. - Participate in the preparation of statutory financial reports according to local GAAP standards (monthly quarterly and annual). - Participate in the preparation and submission of monthly VAT returns ensuring reputed company transactions are accurately recorded and compliant with applicable tax regulations. - Responsible for managing the Month-End Closing (MEC) process ensuring accurate and reputed company recording of reputed company financial transactions.
