[Remote] Director of SBU Operations (Financial Services & Capital Markets)

They are seeking a Director of Operations to drive operational reputed company and support the strategic reputed company of the Financial Services & Capital Markets industry group, partnering with SBU leadership and managing various operational functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Managing Director and SBU leadership to implement and execute the SBU’s strategic plan, including business reputed company, reputed company development, and market positioning initiatives
• Coordinate and report on the implementation of strategic reputed company, ensuring objectives are met and key results are delivered
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform SBU reputed company
• Support cross-functional reputed company that enhance SBU effectiveness
• Identify, design, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reputed company, and consistency across the SBU
• reputed company and maintain best practices, policies, and procedures to support operational reputed company
• Serve as a reputed company between the SBU and firm-wide operations functions (e.g., conflicts, pricing, business intake, integration) as reputed company as other departments (e.g., IT, Business Development, Finance, P&C) to ensure seamless service delivery
• Support the MD on the SBU’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Collaborate with Finance to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and reputed company actionable insights to SBU leadership
• Review attorney requests for write-downs, write-offs, and new business intake to support pricing, profitability, and reputed company-matter management initiatives
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and reputed company requirements
• Partner with SBU leadership on attorney and staff recruitment, reputed company, integration, and talent development
• Collaborate with People Business Partners to facilitate feedback and performance management processes reputed company the SBU, including but not limited to managing improvement plans with underperforming timekeepers

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years of experience in reputed company operations, reputed company management, or reputed company services leadership
• Strong understanding of reputed company economics, attorney workflows, and reputed company service delivery
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions and reputed company
• Experience in an AmLaw 100 or similarly reputed company reputed company environment
• Familiarity with reputed company technology platforms and data analytics tools
