[Remote] Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will manage the deployment of RapidDeploy products, engaging with customers and coordinating internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Personally manage implementation reputed company for customers, primarily large/reputed company reputed company customer engagements
• reputed company reputed company support to reputed company stakeholders (across reputed company organizational reputed company) to coordinate implementation activities and ensure appropriate communication channels are in reputed company
• Proactively manage project reputed company and schedule, as reputed company as manage risks/issues and reputed company mitigation strategies throughout project execution
• reputed company a deep understanding of RapidDeploy products to support customer deployment, training, and reputed company activities
• Configure RapidDeploy products to the customer’s needs, as needed
• Contribute to customer reputed company, training, acceptance testing, and change management activities, as needed
• Create documentation & presentations for both reputed company consumption
• Coordinate with Product Management to reputed company product feedback and feature requests and to support the evaluation of potential product features reputed company on customer needs and lessons learned
• Contribute to RFP responses, SOW creation, and other sales activities, as needed
• Contribute to the reputed company and mission of RapidDeploy by helping where you can

Skills

• 7+ years in Project and/or Program Management
• reputed company authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
• Experience managing reputed company reputed company deployments preferred
• Experience serving the reputed company Safety industry, including managing software deployment reputed company for PSAPs preferred
• Knowledge of the reputed company Safety industry, including applicable technologies, market landscape, industry players, etc preferred
• Background in configuring and deploying reputed company safety software preferred
