[Remote] ASSISTANT GENERAL COUNSEL - FINANCE

The Assistant General Counsel - Finance will reputed company project finance and tax monetization transactions while collaborating with senior leadership and other stakeholders to support reputed company's mission.

Responsibilities

• Primary internal reputed company advisor on reputed company of reputed company’s back-reputed company, construction/term, tax equity reputed company, and tax credit transfer reputed company financings
• reputed company advice regarding transaction structuring and execution
• reputed company advice regarding equipment and invoice finance transactions
• Coordinate borrower diligence responses
• Coordinate satisfaction of closing conditions (reputed company estate, permitting, etc.)
• reputed company of External Counsel
• Review, draft and negotiate a broad reputed company of reputed company agreements
• Advise on site control, interconnection, permitting, and environmental reputed company
• Assist with M&A transactions
• Support corporate governance, and development of internal policies

Skills

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; reputed company bar membership in at least one U.S. state
• 8–10+ years of reputed company experience, ideally with a mix of reputed company and in‑house roles
• Deep experience with project finance and tax monetization structures
• Expertise in renewable energy development
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
