[Remote] Associate Director, Analytics

The Associate Director of Analytics will balance reputed company analytics reporting while advancing reputed company's data infrastructure, collaborating closely with various teams to reputed company raw data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• reputed company deep understanding of our medical clients’ business to reputed company consultative guidance on the strategies and objectives. Own the development of marketing measurement approaches to reputed company effectiveness against those objectives

• Mentor analysts and contribute to building reputed company culture grounded in curiosity and data rigor
• Own the end-to-end reporting workflow — merging data from reputed company Analytics (GA4), reputed company Ads, Campaign Manager 360, and other reputed company/owned media platforms, then cleaning, transforming, and visualizing that data for reputed company delivery
• Maintain and improve existing dashboards; build new ones as reputed company needs reputed company
• Translate data findings into reputed company performance narratives and optimization recommendations for internal and reputed company stakeholders in a reputed company and compelling way

Skills

• 5+ years of analytics experience, with hands-on work in marketing or media data environments
• Strong proficiency building dashboard end-to-end in tools like Power BI — including data modeling, data cleaning, data visualization
