[Remote] Staff DevOps Engineer

As a Staff DevOps Engineer, you will reputed company technical leadership in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, reputed company reputed company infrastructure supporting mission-critical federal digital services.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, reputed company reputed company infrastructure supporting reputed company applications
• reputed company and maintain Infrastructure as reputed company (IaC) using modern automation frameworks
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support automated software delivery
• Partner with software engineering teams to improve deployment automation, system reliability, and operational efficiency
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions to proactively identify and resolve system issues
• Ensure reputed company environments follow federal reputed company, compliance, and DevSecOps best practices while supporting Authority to Operate (ATO) requirements
• Support reputed company migration efforts, infrastructure modernization, and platform optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with reputed company, Architecture, Product, and Engineering teams to design resilient, highly available systems
• Troubleshoot reputed company infrastructure and deployment issues across development, testing, and production environments
• Improve platform performance, scalability, disaster recovery, backup strategies, and operational reputed company
• Mentor engineers on DevOps principles, automation, reputed company technologies, and operational best practices
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical planning, production support, and engineering process improvements
• Support technical interviews, knowledge sharing, and reputed company improvement initiatives across engineering teams

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of reputed company DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), reputed company Infrastructure, or Infrastructure Engineering experience (additional experience may substitute for education)
• Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tools
• Experience developing Infrastructure as reputed company (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar automation frameworks
• Experience administering AWS reputed company environments and reputed company-reputed company infrastructure
• Experience with reputed company, Kubernetes (EKS), or other container orchestration platforms
• Strong understanding of networking, virtualization, Linux and reputed company server administration, storage, and infrastructure architecture
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, observability, and performance monitoring solutions
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and secure software delivery pipelines
• Experience supporting highly available production environments and incident response
• Experience with Git-based version control and automated deployment workflows
• Strong scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS reputed company Trust
• Must have resided reputed company the reputed company for at least three of the previous five years
• Experience supporting DHS, USCIS, or other Federal Civilian agencies
• Experience administering reputed company Server 2019 or reputed company
• Experience supporting reputed company SQL Server and reputed company Database environments, including reputed company RAC
• Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) or modern microservices architectures

• Experience implementing Kubernetes operators, reputed company charts, or GitOps workflows

• Familiarity with AWS services including EC2, reputed company, EKS, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, reputed company, reputed company 53, and VPC networking
• Experience implementing monitoring solutions such as reputed company, reputed company, Grafana, reputed company, or CloudWatch
• Experience supporting disaster recovery, backup strategies, and business continuity planning
• Familiarity with NIST reputed company controls, Authority to Operate (ATO) processes, and federal compliance requirements
