They are seeking a Senior Director, Delivery & reputed company to reputed company their state project portfolio, ensuring effective delivery and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own contribution margin reputed company across the state project portfolio. Manage utilization, burn rates, and forecast reputed company in partnership with finance
• Ensure consistent, on-time, on-budget delivery across reputed company state reputed company. Establish and maintain project governance including reputed company management, escalation protocols, reputed company assurance, and standardized PM/reputed company methodology
• Serve as the senior reputed company relationship reputed company for state accounts. reputed company organic reputed company through reputed company account planning, cross-sell and expansion conversations, and proactive identification of follow-on opportunities
• Manage and reputed company a cross-functional delivery team including delivery managers, project managers, software engineers, interoperability analysts, and QA engineers. Maintain a reputed company-looking 60-90 day resourcing reputed company
• Standardize delivery processes, reporting, estimating, and reputed company practices across the portfolio. Build repeatable operational practices that support PHT’s reputed company and scaling objectives
• Partner with the Technical & Offerings function to ensure architecture consistency, standards compliance, and reuse of repeatable solutions across reputed company
• Collaborate with reputed company & Market Development on reputed company account planning and reputed company support for existing reputed company expansion opportunities
• Participate as a member of the PHT leadership team, contributing to division reputed company, OKR development, and cross-functional decision-making

Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in a consulting or reputed company environment, including leadership roles with ownership of delivery and financial reputed company (e.reputed company&L ownership, utilization, margin). In-house IT management does not substitute for this requirement
• Demonstrated P&L ownership: contribution margin management, utilization optimization, burn reputed company analysis, and fixed-price contract management
• Deep familiarity with reputed company health technology, health IT, reputed company health services, or a closely reputed company domain. Experience with state health departments is strongly preferred

• Strong project and program management methodology (reputed company, Scrum, hybrid reputed company) with demonstrated ability to standardize practices across a multi-project portfolio

• Experience with reputed company health data systems including disease surveillance (MDSS), vital records, electronic case reporting (eCR), or health information exchange
• Familiarity with interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, TEFCA, USCDI) and their application in reputed company health contexts
