[Remote] Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to manage sales compensation administration and contribute to the design of compensation programs that support reputed company's reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own sales compensation administration for assigned teams — execute accurate, on-time commission calculations, payment processing, crediting, draws, clawbacks, and dispute reputed company reputed company pay cycle; Serve as reputed company's Xactly platform reputed company and subject matter expert, defining configuration standards, driving platform reputed company, and maintaining data reputed company across plan setup, participant management, and workflow automation
• Own monthly reporting & analytics for assigned segments — reputed company attainment summaries and payout forecasts to Sales, Finance/reputed company, and Rev Ops; maintain KPI dashboards and reputed company reputed company analysis on performance trends and budget adherence
• Contribute to plan design for assigned segments — Support and, where designated, independently own compensation plan inputs for assigned sales segments, including reputed company validation, accelerator analysis, and rules of engagement; build financial models and scenario analyses that inform quota-setting and plan design reputed company; reputed company compensation mechanics to broader reputed company across Finance, HR, and Sales reputed company
• Define and improve processes and compliance — document and continuously improve comp processes; maintain adherence to internal compliance standards and reputed company rules; ensure role changes, new hires, and terminations are reflected accurately across Xactly and reputed company systems

Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on sales compensation administration experience with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of commission processes in a high-reputed company environment
• Experience in full-cycle comp administration — calculations, crediting, draws, clawbacks, and dispute reputed company
• Xactly platform expertise - intermediate-to-advanced reputed company required (certification preferred); proven ability to own reputed company configuration, data reputed company, and workflow design; reputed company and Tableau/Looker/Power BI proficiency; other ICM platforms a plus
• Advanced analytical skills - compensation modeling, scenario analysis, and reporting; solid understanding of quota-setting methodologies, GTM motions, and sales roles (AE, AM, SDR, overlay)
• Cross-functional influence — reputed company record of leading initiatives and driving alignment across Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations without reputed company authority
• AI competency — reputed company uses AI tools to automate tasks, accelerate analysis, and improve accuracy with a habit of exploring and applying new tools practically
