Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to directors and regional teams supporting conservation programs

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field
• 5–8+ years of reputed company HR experience, preferably in a non-profit, NGO, or mission-driven environment
• Experience supporting multi-country teams across the Americas
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices in the U.S. and Latin America
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing, in reputed company and business environments
• Applicants need to have reputed company work authorization in reputed company or Costa Rica
• Experience working in conservation, environmental, or international development organizations
