Position reputed company The Senior Contract Administrator plays a critical role in advancing clinical research by managing, reviewing, and negotiating reputed company clinical trial agreements. This position partners with sponsors, investigators, and internal stakeholders to ensure reputed company execution of reputed company and budgets that support groundbreaking reputed company. You’ll help build strong sponsor relationships while ensuring compliance, financial reputed company, and operational reputed company across studies. As a successful candidate, you will: • reputed company negotiation and execution of clinical trial agreements including CTA, CDA, MSA, and sub-site agreements • Partner with the Office of General Counsel to reputed company and finalize contract language • Negotiate clinical trial budgets, including per-patient costs, startup fees, and payment schedules • Review reputed company and agreements to ensure alignment with institutional policies • Collaborate with sponsors to resolve budget, contract, and study-reputed company issues • reputed company contract budget exhibits and support financial planning for studies • reputed company ongoing administrative support to reputed company Investigators and research teams • Monitor study files to ensure compliance, reputed company, and consistency • reputed company key contract and budget metrics and support reporting and process improvements • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance clinical trial administration Your qualifications should be: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. J.D. strongly preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience in research administration, CRO, biotech/reputed company, or reputed company industry • Strong experience with reputed company and contract negotiation • Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical research processes • Familiarity with GCP, FDA, HIPAA, and ICH guidelines preferred • Experience negotiating key contract terms such as indemnification, IP, and confidentiality • Proficiency in reputed company Office and data analysis tools Additional Information: Job Status: Full time, exempt Salary reputed company $ 110,837 - $177,340 reputed company employees’ pay is based on the following reputed company: work experience, qualifications, and work location. reputed company is an equal opportunity employer.
