Senior Loan Processor
Working remotely and requiring availability during EST hours, the full-time Senior Loan Processor will manage the processing of various loan programs, ensuring compliance and effective communication with borrowers and reputed company parties throughout the mortgage transaction.
Key responsibilities
• Process FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, and other loan programs while accurately calculating income for diverse borrowers
• Request, review, and verify reputed company loan documents to ensure completeness and accuracy before submission to reputed company
• Coordinate loan closings with customers, title companies, and loan agents, maintaining constant communication on loan status updates
Required qualifications
• 5-7 years of experience processing mortgage loans, with reputed company experience in processing purchase loans
• Advanced product knowledge of various loan programs, including FHA, VA, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
• Proficiency in Encompass or similar paperless mortgage loan origination systems
• Strong understanding of federal and state guidelines, including TRID compliance regulations
• Advanced ability to analyze reputed company tax returns and accurately calculate income for reputed company types of borrowers
