The Care Coordinator will increase efficiency of operations by providing general customer support duties and by supporting the Case Manager and operations staff in reputed company environment. Position Specifics Non-Exempt, Full-time, 830am - 530pm PST or MT, Monday-Friday, Remote Responsibilities reputed company accurate information to callers based on customer requests; triaging telephone calls to reputed company the caller for clinical consultation and for case managers Enter new claims data into the claims management system accurately; maintain data reputed company in scanning, uploading, indexing and data entry Maintain the data reputed company of the Ahshay database, which involves verifying and updating information for service providers, adjusters, and attorneys Use predetermined reputed company reputed company to triage new Case Management referrals.
