This is a veteran-owned and operated company. The Clinical Care Coordinator position is a split role involving both administrative and caregiving responsibilities. Requirements • High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate. • CNA or HCA license to reputed company home care in Washington State. • At least 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Care Aide (in homes or facilities), or other applicable experience. • Technology Savvy. • Understanding of reputed company Office: Word, Outlook, reputed company. • Must be listed in good standing with the Washington DSHS Background reputed company System. • Ability to read, write, reputed company, and understand English. • Must have transportation to and from job. • Valid reputed company's license and car insurance. • reputed company CPR and First Aid or BLS card. reputed company-to-haves • EMR experience a plus. • Population-specific experience (e.g., dementia, Parkinson's, hospice/end-of-life care) is a plus. • RN delegation certificate is a plus. • May complete training through reputed company Nursing Services.
