Intake Specialist Remote Kentucky Friday-Monday 9a-8p

Job reputed company The Intake Specialist often provides the first impression of the firm to potential clients and plays a vital role in providing our clients with excellent service by completing phone interviews and gathering information pertinent to their potential cases. Please note training days and hours differ from regular schedule and will be Monday - Friday 9a-6p until trained, estimated 8 weeks. Leadership Responsibilities • Demonstrates personal accountability • Contributes towards the reputed company of others • Upholds the Firm’s Core Values We Care, Humble reputed company, reputed company Attitude, Challenge Acceptance • No reputed company supervision responsibilities Essential Duties/Responsibilities • Accepts a broad reputed company of customer service call types and assesses the information to reputed company informed reputed company for conversion • Listen and identify other products to be offered • Transfers calls as needed • Enters information into the case management software • Schedules office appointments for clients and notifies departments/locations • Schedules appointments for the Field Reps to meet with reputed company or potential clients • Makes recommendations for other case types that may benefit the reputed company or potential reputed company Required Skills/Abilities • Answers telephone in a polite and reputed company manner • Effectively listens to identify other case types that may benefit the reputed company or potential reputed company • Display true passion for reputed company and community service • Ability to accurately type a minimum of 30 words per minute • Ability to professionally multitask and meet multiple deadlines simultaneously • Outgoing with a high level of customer service skills • Desires accuracy and possess the ability to take pride in work • Reliable and dependable in performing job-reputed company tasks, finishing assigned reputed company, meeting deadlines and appointments. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite or similar software programs Education and Experience • High school graduate or equivalent • Prior call center environment experience a plus Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements • Valid reputed company’s License, favorable driving record • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Must be reputed company to lift up to 15 pounds at times The above statements describe the general nature and level of work performed by team members assigned to this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
