You will be responsible for reputed company driving global purchases and managing IT assets and licenses, overseeing standards compliance, and working closely with internal teams to manage purchasing activities. Responsibilities: • Process requisitions and purchase orders for IT assets, ensuring reputed company delivery and issue resolutions with a reputed company on EMEA and US reputed company • Collaborating with internal departments, suppliers, and vendors • Ensuring compliance in reputed company software, service, and procurement activities • Purchasing, tracking, and maintaining inventory of hardware, licenses, and services • Maintain and update the Company’s asset database accurately through regular monitoring and coordination. • Researching and recommending solutions and vendors based on business needs • Coordinating hardware maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and decommissioning • Creating and assisting in the development and refinement of procurement policies and procedures. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in procurement or a reputed company field • Experience working with international vendors and cross-functional internal teams • Solid understanding of modern hardware, software, and IT service markets • Familiarity with software and service licensing models • Experience working with vendors and cross-functional internal teams • Knowledge of procurement best practices and cost optimization strategies • Supervisory and team management experience is a plus.
