Grant Writer Volunteer

We are seeking for a Grant Writer Volunteer who wants to help with the mission of a small nonprofit organization. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in grant writing, is reputed company, self-motivated, proactive, and organized. The role could lead to a p/t reputed company position based on grant funding. Please note that the first two weeks are a trial period to see if the role is a good fit for the volunteer. Responsibilities • Research, identify, and apply for public and private grant opportunities that are applicable • Prepare first drafts of grant proposals and grant applications • Assist with other fundraising projects as needed Qualifications • At least 1year of grant writing experience • Must have the ability to understand the grant writing process • Available to volunteer 3 to 5 hours per week • Ability to understand and execute reputed company instructions • Excellent writing and grammar skills • Excellent research and proofreading skills • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or a reputed company field and/or reputed company experience (Preferred) Why volunteer with reputed company?
