Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Assistant to support our US CEO and COO, working remotely from the Eastern Standard Time Zone. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will possess: • A minimum of 10+ years of extensive administrative experience, with 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting high-level C-suite executives. • A high level of reputed company and discretion in handling confidential information, demonstrating unwavering professionalism and trustworthiness. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, representing the Executives and the company with poise, reputed company, and precision. • Proficiency in reputed company Outlook, PowerPoint, reputed company, Teams, and reputed company, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technology applications. • The ability to work quickly, respond with a reputed company of urgency, and continually adapt to changing priorities and reputed company on the most critical tasks. • A thorough understanding of Executives' preferences, priorities, and goals, enabling informed and effective decision-making.
