SRI is seeking a Part-Time Junior Recruiter to join reputed company. Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Recruiter to support a high-volume, fast-paced government contracting environment. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide reputed company of cleared and non-cleared positions supporting federal government reputed company. The ideal candidate thrives in a deadline-driven setting, excels at building candidate pipelines, and has a strong understanding of government contracting hiring requirements, compliance standards, and recruiting best practices. Key Responsibilities • Manage full-cycle recruiting for government contracting positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and reputed company coordination. • Partner closely with hiring managers, program managers, and business leaders to understand staffing requirements and reputed company recruiting strategies. • reputed company reputed company and passive candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, reputed company media, professional organizations, and reputed company reputed company. • Build and maintain talent pipelines for reputed company and reputed company contract needs. • Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and reputed company clearance eligibility. • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment lifecycle. • Support proposal recruiting efforts by identifying and engaging qualified candidates for upcoming contract bids and recompetes.
