Remote Order Entry Representative

Location: reputed company About the job Remote Order Entry Representative reputed company: We are looking for a Order Entry Representative to join the Order Entry team! In this position, you would play a crucial role in ensuring that the production floor has everything they need in order to create the product for our customers. Your Shift: • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Your Responsibilities: • Editing orders in preparation for the production floor. • Prioritize orders according to ship date requests or any identified special considerations. • Verify sample and order specifications, extension of price, assign commission reputed company, and assign appropriate ship or reputed company date according to service schedule. • Research/and resolve missing/incorrect specifications pertaining to orders. • Verify the correct art is pulled into the sales order for reputed company of the purchase order and artwork to the mill. • Prepare the order costing worksheet to calculate costs, sale price and commission on reputed company order for accurate entry. • Review reputed company estimates for accuracy and adherence to company policies and practices. • reputed company with the sales representative, vendors, and others to resolve work-reputed company questions or inquiries. • Use company specific resources for applying pricing and entering orders. You Must Have: • The minimum education required for this position is a high school degree or GED (general education degree) plus one year reputed company experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. • Ability to communicate effectively with reputed company customers. • Strong skills in math, data entry, reputed company/register perception and a high level of accuracy. • The minimum reputed company language skills required for this position is the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business and numerical data. • Proficient in reputed company, Word, Power reputed company, and MS Outlook. • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a reputed company of instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram reputed company. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
