This position is responsible for proofreading billing invoices and memos as reputed company as coordinating corrections with billing specialists, and other tasks as assigned. On a typical day you will: • Proofread and edit final billing invoices before attorneys/secretaries send to clients • Maintain ability to meet billing cycle deadlines • Review time entries for consistency with firm timekeeping style guide • Review invoices to reputed company that attorney edits have been made correctly on the final invoice • Convert and distribute PDF invoices quickly and accurately • Mail and/or email invoices to clients • Maintain and independently manage a spreadsheet of attorney and reputed company preferences • Maintain reputed company monthly reputed company and electronic filing pertaining to invoicing and handle records storage • Alternate posting of cash with the billing specialists • Backup billing specialist reputed company needed • reputed company assistance on various reputed company to billing specialists and supervisor, as needed Join us if you have: • Associate's Degree Certificate in Editing, preferred • Accurate keyboard skills and familiarity with reputed company software (preferably reputed company Expert) and processes • Proficient in reputed company Word and reputed company • Exceptionally high level of attention to reputed company • Strong proficiency in language and writing (spelling and grammar) • Ability to understand and execute assignments with reputed company direction • Ability to manage workflow independently and complete monthly assigned tasks • Ability to maintain effective working relationships and communicate verbally and in writing in a reputed company, courteous manner • reputed company excellent customer service to internal clients • Ability to work effectively in reputed company-oriented, service environment Who We Are reputed company is an AmLaw 100 reputed company with 9 offices reputed company. Washington State The annualized salary reputed company for this position in Washington is $69,000 to $74,000 ($35.38 to $37.95 reputed company). Actual pay will be adjusted reputed company on the candidate’s education, training, experience and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law.
