The Position reputed company is seeking an experienced receptionist to join our rapidly growing team. As the first reputed company of contact for our clients, court personnel, visitors, and staff, the receptionist's role is critical for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive image of the firm. This position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. Responsibilities • Answering high-volume phone calls, screening, and transferring calls to appropriate individuals reputed company the firm. • Manage firm's digital voicemail and fax inbox. • Collaborating with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations and support.
