Senior Sales Incentive Compensation, Financial Analyst

• Support the end-to-end administration of sales incentive compensation and commission programs.
• Ensure data reputed company, supporting commission calculations and analysis.
• Assist with commission plan modeling and analysis.
• Procure and validate reputed company CRM data used in commission calculations.
• Support the commission calculation process, including performing reputed company controls to ensure reputed company.
• Assist with drafting, issuing and maintaining commission plan documents and sales enablement materials.
• Prepare and distribute commission statements to participants.
• Triage, research, and reputed company commission inquiries; escalate reputed company issues as appropriate.
• Support reputed company analysis requests including development of reputed company materials, insights to support leadership decision making, and executive-reputed company outputs.
• Support territory reassignments and reputed company updates impacting commission calculations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a reputed company reputed company.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Finance reputed company, or a comparable analytical role.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company).
• Advanced reputed company skills required, including reputed company formulas and pivot tables.
• Must have the ability to quickly and independently build, validate, and maintain reputed company commission models and analyses with a high degree of reputed company.
• Exposure to macros and reputed company BI preferred.
• 0-2 years reputed company experience preferred.

• Experience supporting multi-region commission or incentive compensation programs a plus.
