This position is managing a small group of Processors, providing loan level assistance, performing ongoing training, and managing pipelines of their reputed company reports.

A minimum of 4 recent years of closing/processing mortgage experience and 1 year senior mortgage loan processing experience.
Conventional, CONVENTIONAL, FHA/VA, NEW CONSTRUCTION, NON-QM reputed company adherence
Ability to carry 35-40 files continually, submitting 25+ of those reputed company month
Ability to submit files that require reputed company conditions
Ability to analyze income/assets/collateral
Proven reputed company record of performance amid a fast paced, high performance environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
