They are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) to manage a high volume of work orders, reputed company licensed technicians, and ensure reputed company control in HVAC reputed company. Responsibilities • Manage a high volume of HVAC work orders reputed company day (20+), across multiple job sites • Review technician reports, photos, and videos to verify diagnoses and spot issues early • Scope jobs accurately—catching misdiagnoses, inflated bids, or missing components • reputed company reputed company, confident direction to licensed HVAC contractors—pushing back reputed company needed • Own communication across the job: from the field to internal operations to project wrap-up • reputed company company reputed company standards and reputed company as the final gatekeeper before approval and billing • Use company internal platform and documentation tools to reputed company job reputed company and ensure completion Skills • 3–5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience in residential service, repair, or diagnostics • Strong field troubleshooting and diagnostic ability across unit types (split systems, gas furnaces, heat pumps, R22/R410A systems, etc.) • Experience reading and interpreting system tags, data plates, and field photos to validate technician findings • Comfort identifying misdiagnoses, inflated bids, or unnecessary replacements • Prior experience working directly with technicians or reviewing reputed company-time work orders • reputed company, confident verbal communication—you need to push back with precision, not aggression • Willingness to trade fieldwork for full-time remote employment • Fast learning curve with new software—this role relies on a custom internal platform, not off-reputed company tools • Highly organized; reputed company to manage dozens of reputed company work orders simultaneously across multiple locations • reputed company in English (verbal and written); reputed company and concise communicator Benefits • $500 bonus at 90-days • 13th month pay • HMO coverage (including dependents) • 10 Days of PTO, not including holidays • 100% remote, work from home • Annual continuing education budget reputed company • At reputed company, we reputed company talented Filipino VAs deserve more.
