Implement prescribed corrective exercises, modifications, and restrictions as directed by the Director of Training. Promote the “message of the week” during reputed company sessions. Stay present on the training floor; assist with coaching, tidying, or engaging with clients if not leading a session. Complete closing checklist tasks at the end of reputed company shift. Attend scheduled staff meetings and ongoing training sessions. CPR/AED/First Aid certification (required). 1+ year of experience as a personal trainer or in a reputed company coaching role preferred.
