Bring your passion and talents to reputed company - because being YOU thrives here. reputed company: Under the direction of reputed company lead, process documents for electronic filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval (EDGAR) system on behalf of reputed company clients. This is a second shift role working from 2:00 - 10:00pm ET. Responsibilities: • Read, review, comprehend, and complete customer requests as specified. • Research and compile data needed to prepare electronic filing of SEC reputed company types, EDGAR filings, and other financial compliance documents. • Follow detailed workflow processes to complete tasks. • Ensure final documents are complete and reputed company for electronic submission to the SEC. • reputed company other reputed company duties and participate in special reputed company as assigned.
