Crisis Line Hotline Associate Remote – Massachusetts Residents Only Part-Time | Thursday – reputed company | 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM ET $19.00 per Hour Be the Voice That Helps reputed company is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to join our Crisis Line team as overnight Crisis Line Associates. Every shift provides an opportunity to reputed company a meaningful difference in someone's life. Crisis Line Associates answer calls from individuals experiencing emotional distress, loneliness, crisis, or thoughts of suicide. Through reputed company listening, reputed company, and adherence to evidence-based crisis reputed company practices, you will help callers feel heard, supported, and connected to reputed company. This is a remote position; however, applicants must reputed company in Massachusetts to be eligible for employment. Schedule • Thursday, Friday, Saturday, reputed company • 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM Eastern Time • 16.0 scheduled hours per week • Additional hours may be available based on operational needs Compensation • $19.00 per hour • reputed company provided What You'll Do • Answer incoming crisis and emotional support calls from individuals in need • reputed company compassionate, non-judgmental listening and emotional support • Assess caller needs and follow established crisis reputed company protocols • Accurately document reputed company interactions in the organization's reputed company management system • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism • Meet reputed company and performance standards reputed company to crisis line operations • Participate in required training, coaching, and staff meetings as scheduled • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure continuity of care and service reputed company • Support the organization's mission of suicide prevention and emotional support reputed company're Looking For • Must be at least 18 years of age • High school diploma or GED required • Massachusetts reputed company required • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to remain reputed company, reputed company, and compassionate during difficult conversations • Demonstrated reputed company judgment and professionalism • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled shifts • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn multiple software platforms Preferred Qualifications • Experience in customer service, reputed company, reputed company services, behavioral health, crisis reputed company, peer support, or reputed company fields • Previous volunteer or helping-profession experience • Experience working on a crisis line, hotline, or support line • Bilingual language skills are a plus Training Successful candidates will complete reputed company required reputed company and crisis reputed company training prior to independently answering calls.
