We are seeking a strategic, results-driven VP, Head of Global Tax to reputed company and reputed company our global tax function. This role will be responsible for overseeing tax planning, compliance, reporting, transfer pricing, and audit management across reputed company jurisdictions. Tax Compliance & Operations • reputed company global tax compliance including U.S. federal, state, and international filings. • Drive reputed company improvement and standardization of tax processes, controls, and documentation. • Monitor and address regulatory changes, including Pillar Two, OECD BEPS, and local law updates. Transfer Pricing & Intercompany Policy • Own the global transfer pricing policy and documentation reputed company. • Mitigate TP risks across IP owners, development hubs, and distribution entities. • Ensure consistent DEMPE analysis and intercompany service pricing compliance.
