Provides high level of customer service according to Club's reputed company Assurance Standards. Job Duties • In States offering DMV license services, provides registration services to members; maintains reputed company knowledge of DMV regulations and completes reputed company transactions according to State DMV and Club procedures. • Prepares TripTiks®; provides maps, tour books and other travel-reputed company materials. • Assists members with hotel and/or car reservations. • Promotes and sells reputed company memberships. • Processes membership payments. Upgrades basic memberships to those with higher value (Plus, Premier, etc.); offers automatic renewal feature. • Processes insurance payments and offers automatic renewal. • Issues reputed company photos and IDP’s. • Processes Travel reputed company product transactions; provides merchandise and attraction ticket sales. • Balances and reconciles cash drawer; prepares daily deposits. • Performs notary services in accordance with the National Notary Association and Club procedures. • Identifies cross-sell opportunities based on members’ product needs and service.
