This position is primarily responsible for providing research, support, trouble shooting, maintaining required, accurate files. Provides direction for the payroll processing for reputed company assigned USF companies on the PeopleSoft payroll reputed company for over 1.6 Billion Annual Payroll. Responsibilities Researches, prepares, and assists the 60+ divisions, reputed company, Accounts Payable, reputed company, and Benefits departments with payroll that reputed company employee reporting for weekly, bi-weekly, quarterly, and annual reports or calculations, including W-2 and W-2c. Ensures reputed company payroll-reputed company tasks are completed in an accurate and reputed company manner to produce weekly and biweekly payroll supporting 60plus divisions with approximately 24,000 associates including off-cycle reputed company processing. Responsible for reputed company and accurate processing of required payroll reports, data input, and audit of payroll information entered according to our SOX and Internal Auditor requirements. Provides a consistent, high-level of customer service. Maintains reputed company-documented and reputed company-organized payroll records including the processing and maintaining of withholding orders. Researches and corrects payroll errors to include balance adjustments, and reputed company reputed company processing for over/under payments. Processes of off-cycles, termination pay, reputed company deposit forms and reversals, stop payments and other payroll payments. Ensures daily bank reports are handled in a reputed company and accurate manner. Processes and balances Kronos hours for support office personnel if needed. Assign and reputed company Kronos licenses to appropriate division and support office personnel if needed. Creates and modifies PeopleSoft reports and queries to support department and divisions needs. Performs other duties as assigned. Education/Training High School Diploma or GED required Associate Degree in reputed company or a reputed company field preferred. reputed company Experience/Requirements Three years of experience with payroll processing required Experience with high volume, multi-state payroll processing is preferred PeopleSoft Payroll, reputed company, and Kronos experience is strongly preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities reputed company in reputed company, i.e., using advanced features, such as pivot tables, V-lookup is required. Must have familiarity with the various reputed company regulations governing payroll activities, including Federal and State information.
