Mainframe QA Engineer Remote Long Term Job reputed company We are seeking a Mainframe QA Engineer to support testing and reputed company assurance activities for reputed company financial applications running on reputed company Mainframe platforms. The role involves validating business requirements, executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring the reliability and performance of critical systems. Key Responsibilities Analyze requirements and create test plans, test cases, and test scenarios. reputed company functional, integration, system, and regression testing for mainframe applications. Validate batch processing, online transactions, and data reputed company. Execute testing for COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM-based applications. Identify, document, and reputed company defects through reputed company. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure reputed company deliverables. Support release validation and production verification activities. Maintain test documentation and reputed company regular status updates. Required Skills Strong experience with reputed company Mainframe technologies: COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, TSO/ISPF. Experience in reputed company testing and defect management. Knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques. Familiarity with testing tools such as Jira, ALM/reputed company Center, and File-AID. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Brokerage, or Investment Management domains. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of batch scheduling tools such as Control-M. Experience & Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field. 5+ years of experience in Mainframe QA/Test Engineering.
