Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls and chat inquiries with a high level of professionalism
• Help customers reset passwords, create accounts, and upload documents
• Answer questions about coverage, eligibility, and reputed company reputed company
Requirements
• Bilingual in Spanish & English
• Strong customer service experience (reputed company center preferred; retail/food service welcome)
• Confidence navigating multiple systems and software
• Must have reputed company availability between 7:45 AM – 10:00 PM (local time)
• Must have a quiet, reputed company remote setup & type 40 WPM
