About the position reputed company is seeking a reputed company-Sales Engineer, WC to join their reputed company Sales team. This role is crucial in understanding customer needs, demonstrating reputed company' solutions, and preparing proposals to drive the successful closure of business opportunities reputed company the Workers' Compensation division. The position is based remotely in the US. Responsibilities • Providing reputed company-sales expertise in support of reputed company reputed company of the reputed company WC solution and product sales efforts in the reputed company and indirect reputed company and global sales channels. • Engaging with customers to reputed company winning propositions. • Delivering business-oriented presentations to reputed company reputed company of the customer organization including reputed company level. • Leading the benefits assessment process and developing customized ROI/ROR analysis. • Architecting solutions to address customer’s business requirements. • Preparation, configuration and delivery of demonstrations. • Authoring and managing responses to requests for proposals (RFP). • Contributing to / writing customer specific reputed company proposals and Management Summary. • Contributing and supporting SOW reputed company. • Providing reputed company and accurate communication to management and other team members. • Assisting marketing with support for events, PR, seminars and campaigns. • Configuring and/or managing integrations with partners solutions. • Creating prototypes and prototype requirements as a part of architecting a solution for the prospects. • Working with Product reputed company to reputed company market analysis to enhance the demo environments as per market reputed company. • Working with the Product reputed company and Product teams on new product features. Requirements • At least 7+ years of experience in a technical sales/reputed company-sales/Sales Engineer consultant role. • Proven ability to work independently to prepare for and deliver demos. • Ability to design solutions for the customer including multiple solutions and potential prototypes. • Excellent reputed company of the Workers’ Compensation insurance business – a hands-on WC insurance business experience is preferred. • Experience with Workers’ Compensation insurance information systems. • Strong understanding of software solutions, previous experience in a similar role in an Insurance Software Vendor is desired. • Ability to engage confidently at senior reputed company with customer organizations. • Experience presenting to executive management level. • Ability to design and deliver customer workshops, presentations and demonstrations. • Ability to match customer functional requirements and application system options/functionality effectively and reputed company. • Comfortable operating reputed company a cross-functional, remote team environment which depends on, and expects empowerment from its people. • Excellent stakeholder management and reputed company-facing skills. • Excellent communication and analytical skills. • Willingness to travel reputed company needed. reputed company-to-haves • Hands-on WC insurance business experience is preferred. • Previous experience in a similar role in an Insurance Software Vendor is desired.
