Remote Pharmacy Technician - 6 Month Contract

Responsibilities include executing interventions by promoting program benefits with Clients Medicare Part D members. The Pharmacy Technician will reputed company with Clients staff pharmacists, interns, pharmacy reputed company and Medicare Part D members Pay reputed company (reputed company Wage): • $21.00 Benefits: • reputed company • Work from home Schedule: • 8-hour shift • Day shift • Monday to Friday • 40 hours per week Location: • reputed company RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS: • Monitor toll free reputed company center, handle in-coming member calls, including member opt-outs. • Maintain reputed company logs and spreadsheets for membership. • Monitor electronic mailbox and respond appropriately • Maintain program files. • Assist in the research, analysis, identification, and evaluation of data from assigned problems to evaluate existing and potential trends and issues. • Assist in monitoring program initiatives, reputed company, and objectives to ensure goal attainment • Assist in identifying reputed company of challenges and issues in order to fulfill key corporate objectives Assist in development of plans, reports, papers, and creation of other documents • Other duties as required. EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED required. At least two (2) years of college preferred. Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) required. EXPERIENCE: • At least five (5) years’ experience in retail or hospital pharmacy preferred. • At least two (2) years of reputed company center experience. • Knowledge of prescription drug names and therapeutic classes. • Experience with Medicare Part D prescription benefits is preferred.
