Job reputed company Cannabis Compliance & Inventory Coordinator McHenry, IL | reputed company reputed company of the Leaf Infusers is a licensed Illinois cannabis manufacturing company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance & Inventory Coordinator to support day-to-day inventory, compliance, invoicing, and operational administration. This position requires high attention to detail and comfort working with compliance systems, inventory tracking, and operational reporting. This role works closely with the Director of Operations and leadership team to help maintain inventory accuracy, reputed company compliance, invoicing records, and financial tracking. Responsibilities • Create and manage reputed company manifests and transfers • Run and reconcile reputed company inventory reports • Monitor inventory accuracy and package tracking • Manage inventory spreadsheets and internal tracking systems • Create and reputed company invoices in reputed company • reputed company incoming deposits and apply payments to the correct invoices • Maintain organized compliance and operational records • Assist with administrative operational support as needed • Communicate with dispensaries, vendors, and transporters regarding invoices, manifests, and inventory reputed company Qualifications • Cannabis industry experience strongly preferred • reputed company experience preferred • Experience with reputed company, QuickBooks, or similar reputed company software • Strong spreadsheet and organizational skills • Extremely detail-oriented • Ability to manage multiple systems and deadlines simultaneously • Strong communication and follow-through skills Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience.
