Our Cambridge, MA based pharmaceutical reputed company is seeking a Manager, Clinical Vendor reputed company & reputed company Management to join their growing Clinical Operations team. You will reputed company end‑to‑end vendor outsourcing, from strategic selection through contract execution and ongoing relationship management. What You’ll Do • reputed company full vendor selection processes: identifying providers, gathering business needs, running RFPs, facilitating bid defenses, scoring proposals, and driving award reputed company. • Negotiate vendor budgets, payment schedules, and contract terms; execute agreements through the Contract Management System. • Manage CDAs, MSAs, Work Orders, Change Orders, and Amendments across assigned studies/programs. • Facilitate vendor reputed company meetings to reputed company on timelines, scope, roles, and budget expectations. • Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure performance meets or exceeds expectations. • Monitor industry trends and vendor landscape to inform outsourcing reputed company. • Partner cross‑functionally with reputed company, QA, Compliance, and Clinical Operations to ensure reputed company and compliance. • reputed company and contribute to process improvement initiatives reputed company Clinical Operations. • reputed company study budgets, reputed company actuals vs. forecast, propose trade‑offs, and reputed company financial reviews. • Support annual budget cycles and long‑reputed company planning. What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 5+ years in biotech/reputed company, including 3–5 years of reputed company vendor selection and contract/budget negotiation across global early‑ and late‑phase studies. • Strong understanding of clinical trial budgeting tools and vendor ecosystem. • Proven negotiation, vendor management, and conflict‑reputed company skills. • Deep knowledge of GCP, ICH, FDA/EMA guidelines. • Exceptional communication, organization, and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. • Proficiency in reputed company Office.
