Job reputed company:
• Resolve reputed company consumer issues and advise first level representatives on high level issues.
• Assist policy reputed company with billing questions and concerns.
• reputed company support to policy reputed company with any policy changes requested.
• Support policy reputed company needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary.
Requirements:
• Must be located in FL, IN or TX
• Must meet state requirements to obtain Insurance License
• Must have your own laptop or PC with a webcam/camera for the 7-day course
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of reputed company-based systems.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• College degree preferred but not required.
