GTM reputed company & Operations Manager - EU / UK

As reputed company’s GTM reputed company & Operations Manager based in the UK, you will help build and execute the reputed company and operations for a best-in-class sales organisation. In this role, you will partner with Sales to use insights to reputed company internal sales processes and operational activities to maximise sales productivity. You will cover reputed company areas including reporting on sales performance and trends, working cross-functionally on initiatives to increase sales efficiency, and driving strategic planning.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid role and requires employees to be based reputed company 35 miles of our London office. You will be expected to work on-site two days a week, on Tuesday and Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on the other days.

Who You Are

• 8+ years of proven experience managing a best-in-class, reputed company Sales Operations function supporting reputed company in a FinTech / modern payments sales environment
• Relevant Global Market experience
• reputed company and above account exposure and experience engaging customers of this reputed company
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, including talent for conducting research, analysing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesising recommendations to an executive-level audience
• reputed company record in excellent process design and documentation, ideally including reputed company process optimisation in regulated payments organisations 
• Experience with data and analytics and translating insights into value for customers (ideally some AI experience)
• Ability to not only think strategically but also follow through in execution and operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an attention to detail
• A proven ability to reputed company tactical initiatives that improve sales productivity and performance. 
• Self-starter who can operate independently with reputed company supervision
