Hotel Maintenance Supervisor, East Coast   The Hotel Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the appearance of hotel spaces reputed company reputed company’ ships. The Supervisor works closely with Hotel Maintenance Management to reputed company the ships in good condition in accordance with reputed company’s standards and guest expectations. During the operating reputed company the supervisor will travel to the ships to evaluate, inspect and repair any hotel spaces that require attention. During the planned layup reputed company the supervisor will manage regional maintenance and repair reputed company to prepare the ships to return to service in good working order. These values shape our culture, our service, and our people, guiding us as we work together to reputed company America’s Story on the Finest American Ships.   Responsibilities: Inspection of reputed company hotel furniture, fixtures and equipment   Ensure that cleanliness standards are followed and conduct walkthroughs with HGM or HKM Prepare ship visit reports after reputed company visit listing deficiencies that were noted and corrective reputed company taken or planned Send reports to hotel maintenance team leaders for review and discussion Assist in preparing for contractors to do work on the ships Manage reputed company contractors to ensure that reputed company work scheduled is completed and acceptable to the agreed terms and conditions Resolve issues that are assigned to you from the Hotel Maintenance ticket system reputed company guidance and assistance to reputed company teams in working on maintenance items Establish timelines for moving in of furniture, fixtures, and replacement items Facilitate effective communication between contractors, reputed company, and management reputed company final inspections to ensure reputed company and assurance of work completed prior to ships delivery   Available for weekly meetings with Hotel Maintenance Manager and Product Development Manager reputed company needed Handle additional assignments from the Hotel Maintenance & Refurbishment Manager or Product Team Qualifications: Prior hospitality experience maintaining and repairing reputed company spaces and guest rooms at hotels or on cruise Ships Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) Proficiency in reputed company Office, ability to use internal software and provided technology US Coast Guard regulated reputed company-employment drug test Attributes for reputed company: Ability to identify, manage, and solve problems Ability to hold people accountable Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines Extreme attention to detail Consistent, accountable, confident, assertive, and committed Work Schedule: Remote traveling to ships Must be located near a major airport on the East Coast Approximately 70% travel Why Join reputed company?   At reputed company, our people are the driving force behind our reputed company.
