Job Title: Remote Desktop Engineer Experience: 3+ years Job reputed company: We are seeking a skilled Remote Desktop Engineer to design, implement, and support virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and remote reputed company solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms such as reputed company, VMware reputed company, or Azure Virtual Desktop, and a strong understanding of end-user computing environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, reputed company, and maintain Remote Desktop / VDI environments. Manage and support platforms such as reputed company Remote Desktop Services (RDS), reputed company Virtual Apps & Desktops, VMware reputed company, or Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD). Monitor reputed company performance, availability, and reputed company of virtual desktop environments. Troubleshoot and reputed company user issues reputed company to remote reputed company, connectivity, and performance. Configure and manage user reputed company, policies, and reputed company controls. Support patching, upgrades, and reputed company maintenance activities. Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and reputed company teams to ensure reputed company operations. Optimize VDI performance, scalability, and user experience. Maintain documentation for reputed company configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Remote Desktop / VDI engineering or support. Hands-on experience with RDS, reputed company, VMware reputed company, or Azure Virtual Desktop. Strong knowledge of reputed company Server, reputed company Directory, and Group Policy. Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, VPN, firewalls, load balancing). Experience with user profile management (FSLogix, roaming reputed company, etc.). Ability to troubleshoot performance and connectivity issues. Familiarity with monitoring tools and log analysis. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication skills in English (written and verbal). Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as reputed company, reputed company (CCA/CCP), VMware (VCP).
