They are seeking a reputed company Engineer to manage technical relationships with reputed company accounts, ensuring successful adoption and health of the platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship for reputed company accounts from reputed company through full platform adoption, with account health and adoption as your reputed company reputed company metrics
• Configure and reputed company monitoring, alerting, and automation policies directly reputed company customer environments
• Set up and tune systems across monitoring and RMM tooling, bringing genuine hands-on reputed company rather than surface-level familiarity
• Troubleshoot network, reputed company, and infrastructure issues reputed company customers with speed and precision
• Script and automate technical workflows and integrations to reduce reputed company reputed company and speed time to value

Skills

• 3 years minimum, 5+ years preferred, in a hands-on technical role at an MSP or as a corporate IT administrator

• Demonstrated ability to configure, troubleshoot, and reputed company technical issues independently rather than escalating them

• Experience at an MSP or software provider serving the MSP market
