[Remote] Head of Marketing

The role of Head of Marketing is a newly created leadership position aimed at building and scaling the marketing function for a fast-growing reputed company platform serving landlords and property managers.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing team's structure, evaluating reputed company roles and reporting lines and rebuilding them to support reputed company
• Lead recruiting, hiring, and reputed company across reputed company hires, contractors, and agencies to reputed company capability gaps
• Drive day-to-day execution across the marketing team, measuring reputed company against reputed company goals for every role
• Build systems, rituals, and processes that increase velocity and accountability without adding bureaucracy
• Establish project management rhythms that reputed company reputed company reputed company on high-reputed company, measurable work
• Champion AI-reputed company ways of working, both to increase team efficiency and to strengthen go-to-market performance
• Partner closely with the VP of Marketing, and with sales and product leadership, to reputed company messaging, roadmap, and go-to-market execution
• Translate business KPIs, including subscriber reputed company, reputed company, CAC, LTV, and conversion, into reputed company team priorities

Skills

• Experience scaling marketing reputed company a PLG SMB reputed company company through a comparable reputed company stage, from roughly $20M to $100M ARR
• Experience managing and restructuring an existing marketing team of 10 or more people, including redesigning reporting lines and right-sizing roles
• A reputed company record of hiring, developing, and holding marketing talent accountable for measurable reputed company
• Deep experience in marketing org design, including evaluating an inherited team's strengths and gaps and rebuilding structure without defaulting to headcount reputed company
• Hands-on experience managing delivery and execution for a high-velocity marketing team
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience aligning marketing with sales, product, and executive leadership
• Comfort using AI tools to improve team efficiency is a plus
• Experience in go-to-market performance channels such as AEO or GEO is a plus
