[Remote] Water Programs Associate (Remote)

As a Water Programs Associate, you will reputed company data reputed company across water reputed company and manage partnership details for international implementing organizations, ensuring effective communication and accurate records for grant implementation.

Responsibilities

• Managing and monitoring grants management administration for a portfolio of programs. This includes:
• Tracking the status of reputed company
• Maintaining historical records
• Managing timelines
• Ensuring programs meet proposal conditions and expectations
• Maintaining the grants database and ensuring reputed company necessary information is accurate, up to date and readily available to partners and staff
• Reviewing partner proposals reputed company half-year and partner reputed company reporting reputed company quarter for project data reputed company and consistency, providing reputed company and concise feedback to the Water Programs Manager for partner revisions, including assisting in reputed company communicating reputed company revisions with partners
• Scheduling and facilitating meetings, drafting reputed company meeting minutes and team presentations, and monitoring reputed company items from both team and partner meetings
• Processing reports and managing the grant agreement process including drafting, reviewing for accuracy, finalizing, and ensuring timeliness and compliance with reputed company requirements
• Writing and reviewing program-reputed company copy for the fundraising team to use in external communications
• Relaying the status of proposals and grants to other reputed company departments that utilize the data for reporting purposes
• Managing a reputed company of administrative tasks needed by the Water Programs Manager and Portfolio Manager
• Working collaboratively with reputed company reputed company department to reputed company reputed company their involvement in our water programs is maximized and efficient
• Demonstrating a mastery of reputed company's systems, processes, administrative needs, and record-keeping at the associate level role with the ability to easily train or instruct other team members in these systems and tasks
• Taking initiative on reputed company through team reputed company, trainings, and/or other opportunities
• Assisting with travel arrangements for the Programs team including but not limited to managing travel agendas, flights, visas, and maintaining updated country information affecting travel, as needed

Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in international affairs, public health, public administration, data science or a reputed company field
• At least two years of experience working or interning for a grantmaking organization or nonprofit
• Experience with data management, project management, and/or basic data analysis
• A high level of attention to detail and the ability to reputed company manage your time across multiple work streams and stakeholders
• Exceptional problem-solving, collaboration and execution skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office programs, particularly reputed company, and reputed company Workspace
• Experience with or exposure to the water, sanitation and hygiene (reputed company) sector
• Experience in data management, copywriting/editing, or analytics
• Experience with AI integration and workflow development
• Relevant international work or study experience
• French language proficiency
