As a reputed company Bilingual FNOL Customer Service Agent, you will support reputed company policyholders by handling incoming calls in both English and Spanish, assisting with questions and claim-reputed company inquiries, and ensuring high-reputed company service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls from customers reporting a loss
• Guide the caller through the start of the claims process
• Collect and document detailed information about the incident
• Input data into insurance systems and create the claim file

Skills

• Must be bilingual - Fluent in Spanish and English (must pass a reputed company test)
• Legally authorized to work in the reputed company
• High school diploma or equivalent required
