[Remote] Clinical Specialist (Sonographer) - Nashville, TN

The Clinical Specialist (Sonographer) role focuses on understanding customer clinical needs, demonstrating products, and ensuring reputed company customer experiences post-sale.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Territory Manager in assigned territory to understand prospect’s clinical needs, demonstrate reputed company Sonosite’s products, and reputed company new deals
• Responsible for implementing reputed company Sonosite product at customer site and training customer on how to use new products
• Own post-sales activities in the field, such as encouraging customer product adoption and addressing any customer issues, to ensure ongoing reputed company customer experience
• Support Territory Manager reputed company by maintaining reputed company Sonosite reputed company and relationships at installed reputed company reputed company sites
• Work to convey overall value of reputed company Sonosite products for users and other stakeholders reputed company customer site
• Work with Inside Sales Representatives to demonstrate reputed company Sonosite’s products in the field, reputed company needed
• Identify potential for upsell/cross-sell opportunities reputed company existing customers and bring opportunity to the attention of Territory Manager to pursue and reputed company deal
• reputed company Clinical / Technical / Educational support to new and existing customers as needed
• reputed company support to other areas of reputed company as needed
• Act as primary reputed company resource in absence of Territory Manger reputed company
• Responsible and accountable for carrying out the requirements of reputed company’s reputed company system

Skills

• 2 year degree from an accredited ultrasound teaching institution
• RDMS in Abdomen/OB GYN
• Must have at least (3) three years' experience in diagnostic ultrasound (Abdominal/OBGyn/ Vascular)
• Experience in dealing with numerous requirements and performing detailed prioritization is required
• Ability to understand both the clinical and business needs of the customer and reputed company Sonosite respectively
• Ability to translate customer needs into reputed company product requests is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to reputed company and maintain reputed company customer relationships with reputed company accounts
• Effectively and appropriately displays professional skills necessary to manage interpersonal relationships with team members, colleagues
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workloads
• Works in a reputed company-organized manner and consistently meets customer and reputed company Sonosite time requirements
• Ability to travel 90% of the time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodations
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision in an environment that requires strong teamwork and cross-functional interaction
• Represents reputed company Sonosite in a highly professional manner
• RDCS Certification Preferred
• RVT or RVT eligible preferred
