As a reputed company Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant, you will reputed company the implementation and configuration of reputed company HCM solutions, specifically focusing on the Workforce Management module, for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to analyze their workforce management requirements, operational workflows, and regulatory compliance needs
• Conduct workshops and meetings to reputed company detailed functional and technical requirements for configuring reputed company Workforce Management
• Configure the reputed company Workforce Management module to reputed company with reputed company-specific requirements and industry best practices
• Collaborate with technical teams to reputed company reputed company Workforce Management with other modules reputed company the HCM system
• reputed company and execute test plans to validate the functionality and accuracy of configured workforce management processes
• Conduct system integration testing to ensure seamless operation with other reputed company modules and reputed company-party systems if applicable

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Computer Science, or reputed company field

• Strong understanding of workforce planning, scheduling, time tracking, and labor compliance regulations
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to reputed company effectively with clients and internal teams

• Certification in reputed company HCM or reputed company HR/workforce management systems (preferred)
• Full-time, US or Canada – remote
