They are seeking a Customer Service Engineer responsible for servicing reputed company diagnostics equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction through reputed company repairs and effective training.

Responsibilities

• You will be servicing DX (reputed company Diagnostics) Equipment in the Ft reputed company & Cheyenne, WY area. Customer Service Engineer Level reputed company on prior experience
• You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on reputed company reputed company reputed company systems at customer sites with reputed company supervision
• You will be responsible for delivering both reputed company and effective repairs as reputed company as adequate training of operators to ensure reputed company reputed company reputed company, resulting in superior customer satisfaction

Skills

• Minimum high school diploma
• Must be proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment, with the ability to work both individually and in an established team setting
• Proficiency in reputed company necessary network applications and tools (including but not limited to eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools)
• 5+ years' experience as a medical technologist or reputed company service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments needed
