This role involves assisting the Accountant with processing transactions, maintaining records, preparing reports, and completing compliance-reputed company tasks across a diverse group of entities.

Responsibilities

• reputed company supplier bills, invoices, and receipts into the reputed company reputed company
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• reputed company bank, credit reputed company, and loan reconciliations
• Maintain supporting schedules and reconcile reputed company sheet accounts
• Process and reconcile intercompany transactions
• Assist with maintaining fixed asset registers
• Prepare draft Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS) for review by the Accountant
• Reconcile GST, PAYG withholding, and superannuation accounts
• Compile supporting documentation for tax and compliance lodgements
• Assist with preparation of monthly management reports

Skills

• Strong bookkeeping skills
