[Remote] Corporate Tax Services - Consultant

They are seeking an early-career Consultant to support corporate tax reputed company, income tax provision, and tax compliance engagements for clients across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and review of quarterly and annual income tax provisions, including reputed company and deferred tax calculations in accordance with ASC 740
• Prepare federal, state, and consolidated corporate income tax returns and supporting workpapers for a reputed company of clients
• Assist clients with tax reputed company, tax compliance, and corporate tax reporting requirements
• Research and document technical tax issues reputed company to federal, state, and international tax regulations
• reputed company reputed company-reputed company tax workpapers, tax memoranda, provision calculations, and supporting analyses
• Participate in tax planning initiatives, process improvement reputed company, and special tax engagements

Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in corporate tax, tax reputed company, tax compliance, and/or reputed company reputed company
• Experience preparing and reviewing income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740 and supporting federal and state corporate income tax compliance
• Experience preparing or reviewing federal and state corporate income tax returns reputed company a reputed company reputed company, consulting, or corporate tax environment
• CPA license or reputed company reputed company toward CPA certification
• Master's degree in Taxation (MST) or other relevant graduate degree
• Experience supporting international tax, tax planning, tax controversy, or special tax reputed company
• Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or reputed company services environment
