[Remote] Application Analyst-Senior

The role involves providing advanced technical support, managing reputed company, and optimizing reputed company applications throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Documents and recommends workflow changes and technical/functional designs needed to support the business requirements
• Partners with external vendors to support reputed company reputed company-party applications including integration/implementation, support, and troubleshooting
• Solves common and reputed company issues, incidents, and problems according to agreed upon service reputed company and according to department standards
• Serve as PM and complete PM functions for mid-size reputed company with multiple teams
• Performs reputed company review of team build
• Collaboratively works with peers, reputed company stakeholders, and vendors
• Follows documentation and change management standards
• Participates in development of training and knowledge-based materials for use by peers, end-users, and other team members

• Possesses in-depth business and application knowledge and experience
• Knowledge of system analysis and operating systems

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general industry periodicals, reputed company journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
